Follow instructions for first time use. I only used the flat side to make pancakes works well.

Copper Griddle
I have only used the flat griddle side of this product.So far, so good. I wish they had designed a handle...or that a handle of some type could be attached during use, to keep this utensil in place on the stove while in use. It is pretty light so it’s own weight will not keep it secure. Looking forward to trying the grill side soon...
