Please allow 24-48 hours for the processing of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with the package tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days once shipped. Tracking information can also be conveniently found by logging into My account page located in the upper right hand corner.

Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS depending on the order value and/or weight.

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order, simply head to our Returns Portal here and we’ll take you through the process to return or exchange your order.

Returns are processed in the order received and your refund should be processed within 7-10 business days after you've sent it back to us.

Please take note that return shipping fees only apply to returns for refunds. This does not apply to returns for exchanges, Shop Now or Gift Cards.
