At this time, we only ship to the "lower 48." This means we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or outside the United States.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of your order. Once your order ships, you will get a shipment notification email with the package tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days of your orders processing.

Tracking information can also be conveniently found by logging into and clicking on the account icon in the upper right hand corner.

Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS depending on the order value and/or the weight. Each carrier has their own system for updating tracking. You can track your order on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number or pasting your number into your browser's search bar. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow an extra day or two then Contact Us and we will be happy to help you check the status of your shipment.

If your tracking number results in an error message on the carrier's website, or doesn't seem to have been scanned by the carrier, please open a customer support ticket so we can contact the warehouse.
