There was no return label in the package, so I went online and found an email address for the company and asked for label. I was given a bogus url. So, I kept the coat until I received a call from your company on December 13, 2022. I returned the coat on December 13, 2022 by UPS. I also emailed the shipping receipt with the tracking number highlighted in pink. I am still getting calls that you have not received the coat or shipping receipt even though I emailed the receipt to your representative while she was on the phone and confirmed that I had the correct email address. So, your business is a sham. Very poor customer service. The representative has a very heavy accent and is very difficult to understand. I will report you to the Ohio Attorney General, The Better Business Bureau, and Good Morning America. Do not call or contact me again.
