My money is important to me and my family

I ordered 2 of the same item for my twins. One tablet came with a keyboard and other did not. One was in decent condition and the other looked like a small animal chewed up the sides & back. They didn't work for what my children needed so I returned both. I paid for express delivery on one and was told that it wasn't available for the item. I never received my money back for the service. I paid $9.95 each for the extra warranty that I didn't receive back either for 2 inferior products. Too much of my money was involved in products and services not used. I don't like spending money on services I don't get anything for.
