Product came in good condition no scuffs or scratches, but mine did have a weak battery. They would’ve replaced the product but I just went ahead and had the battery replaced myself. I would definitely purchase from them again the battery was the only issue I’ve had and since it’s been replaced I’ve had no issues

The iPad was in pretty good condition! It had a bit of very small dents on the frame but what surprised me most was that the home button was completely broken and I’m going to have to get that replaced. The screen also glitches from time to time and will randomly turn off and not turn on again. I suspect that I’m going to have to replace the entire display and home button. Money wise, it’s not a problem since it was still a good price and it’ll still be cheaper than if I had gotten it new. However, I’m disappointed that it came in like this. Overall everything else works great!
