So now what do I do with it?

Beautiful item and looks like good quality, but it came with no instructions and I can't figure out how it works. Also cannot find cartridges for it. I find it true that almost ALL of the items I've order through Daily Sale do not have instructions or even a packing list with a vendor return address. Many times the quality of the merchandise is inferior. The return address on the mailing label covers the original label which indicates to me it came from a foreign country to a third party fullfillment center and that's why it took so long to get the item. Wthout a packing list the fullfillment center is no help to me. I would recommend this item if it had instructions and more transparency as to the vendor. However, for the above reasons I would not. Over two weeks ago I emailed the vendor and requested authorization and return label, but have not received a reply. Please send return instructions to me.
