This watch has two working modes:

The first mode ("company mode") enables the watch to make or receive calls, or send or receive messages via Bluetooth.
The other one is "network mode" (with SIM card inserted). It enables you to make or receive calls, and send or receive messages via the SIM card you inserted which means the watch works as a real cellphone. Supports GSM and WCDMA network mode, CDMA network mode is not supported.

I purchased 3 watches and none work.

This is the very las time I will be embarrassed by things I purchase from your company... None of the 3 watches work... This is shameful.

No instructions/ no directions

The watches arrived. They didn’t come with any instructions whatsoever. Without directions, I have no idea how to program them and will return them right away.

Not happy

Not good I purchased two watches one does not keep accurate time lost five minutes in 24 hours the other watch will not take a charge it only turns on if it is plugged in. I am also having a problem trying to return them. Your return website only will let me return one item . I need help to get them returned. If we don’t get this done soon I will run out of time and you will tell me they are not eledgible to be returned .I am over the time limit. Please advise.
