This is great phone and i love it. The conditions is OK but the price is great for the refurbished phone like this. I mean if you don't need a brand new phone but just need one that works well and at a good price. This is for you. Everything works pretty well. Also reliable and on time delivery. Sucks Honestly.

Well to start off with the packaging sucked! The phone was moving all freely in the box. The charger was supposed to be a type c fast cord/box but it’s not even apple. Also, the battery is shot. It over heated while setting up. I don’t know if I’ll buy electrics off here again.

Refurbished iPhone has battery health of 86% and some chips around camera

Phone worked, refurbished battery health < 90%. Verizon refurbished phones come with 100% battery. I believe these phones are really just used phones that are cleaned. The camera lens had some chips that do not impact quality, but are there. I just hope that they don't go from chips to cracks.
