Nephew loved his iPad

Getting this refurbished made the IPad affordable for my nephew. He loved it. The only issue I saw when setting it up was the IOS software wouldn’t update. Not sure when this issue will become critical.

The I-pad was received as expected. However it is not unlocked. I sent an email but no
reply as to how to resolve the issue. Unable to download App's. It states "Managed Horizon Account"

Keep dropping kicking me out

Brought this product on dec.17th did receive it quickly but the iPad air is not letting me do anything . I will download something try to get on and I'm kicked out .. it will not support an newer update I need help sending back.

Did not receive a SIM card so product will not work. They cannot be reached by phone and this makes me wonder if it’s a legitimate business.

Ok , didn’t make calls to other types of phones-!!!

The operation of the unit was very good.
The cellular portion only called ibrand of phones or units.. so I would like to return it and check on a different model..!
