The inverter I never received

I have no experience using this item as I never received a 6000 watt power inverter. It would be nice if I payed for an item to actually receive the item I paid for. I'm thinking you should either refund my money back, or actually send me a 6000w power inverter.
What say ye??

6000 wt inverter

i order a 6000 wt...i got a4000 wt insted..the unit sucks..only lite a 75 wt bulb...noting also

A detail is left out of your description of what the unit cannot do

I'm disappointed because I wasn't made aware of the fact that the unit doesn't work with appliances that have motors like a refrigerator. I bought it so I wouldn't lose my refrigerated food in case of a power outage. The owners manual that comes with the unit spells this out but your on line unit description doesn't. It cost me the restocking fee (If I remember correctly about $12) to find this out. I'm going to fill in the "do you recommend this product" bubble with a no because it won't for my purpose.
