This keeps the area around the faucet spot free. I keep checking that it doesn't discolor my quartzite countertops. The material is a flexible foam so these stay in place. So far I love them.
The knife feels solid and comfortable in my hand. An accidental firing is most unlikely because the switch requires a long, intentional movement. I like the weight. I like the color. My wife never saw a knife like this and was duly amazed to see that massive blade suddenly shoot out. I like that the order included 2 knives. I'll give one away. I always have several knives on my desk and while this isn't the most beautiful, it's the most serious.
