As I HAVE NOT received this item, which claimed through the tracking service provided by your company, was in Ontario, CA on February 3, 2021, set for delivery the next day, but is currently back across the country in Brooklyn, NY, claiming to be set for delivery today, February 18 2021.
That, however, is an impossibility, as I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA, with that California address listed for delivery; so, there is no way this item will be delivered today without the use of magic. As NO DELIVERY of this item has been attempted nor enacted, I have not had opportunity to use this item.
That being the case, and, as the ceremony commemorating the 1st birthday of my late younger brother, who passed away on December 27, 2020, but we did not know until January 5, 2021, whose service we held on January 26, 2021, and his birthday fell a week later, I longer need, nor want the item.
The initial information accompanying this item, which I will Not name, as I refuse to give this company any free advertising of any sort, before purchase claimed 2-5 Business days for delivery. Upon order, that date changed to 3-5 business days. Now, as it has traveled from the east coast, to California, only to be back on the east coast as of today, I have ABSOLUTELY no use for them and am requesting a FULL REFUND.
As my side of the deal for receiving this item was kept by me ~ paid for in good faith and providing a specific delivery address. However, as your end of this deal was Not upheld, the contract initiated between us both has been broken by you\your company. Therefore, I expect a Full Refund from Daily Sale ~ without incident.
