I would love to be able to tell you. I never got the item in the mail. I see it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it yet.
To be honest I am losing all faith in this company. First I received the wrong Watch and now the band that fits it never arrives.
After contacting you concerning the Watch I was definitely made to feel like i had done something wrong. And it was left that if I want the Watch I ordered it would be possible but it provss as blah wouldn’t return in the manner it should to get the new one sent out. This coming from the people that botched my order and send things that aren’t supposed to be sent. How c as n I possibly trust that my package will end up where it is supposed to or in what shape??? After being such a supporter of your company between my purchases and my families it is just pretty upsetting. Sorry to say
