HORRIBLE PURCHASE/EXPERIENCE AT DAILYSALE

The earbuds arrived damaged, noticing large indentations, would NOT charge beyond 2%, and dropped connectivity as soon as call was placed. I couldn’t even use them for anything music, etc. DAILYSALE has horrendous customer service & no phone support, just generated emails that they cannot remedy my issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I expect this to be published on your site, to reach other naive people before they make the same mistake in purchasing a fraudulent product on dailysale.com. APPLE AirPods (1st generation) REFURBISHED The packaging clearly states MADE IN CHINA, arrived damaged, would not charge to full capacity, nor hold a charge on either AirPod (earbud) right or left, separately or paired. Charging case had noticeable scratches and dents. These “Fake AirPods” are being passed on to loyal customers of Daily Sale, as gently-used refurbished authentic Apple products. This is totally unacceptable. I have been shopping on your site for years, only to get ghosted when I brought my issue to your customer support team. Contact me via my phone and/or email to resolve this egregious error on your end, both in subpar quality of products, and your nonexistent customer support services OR. . . BBB here I come. I have a feeling my unresolved emails I sent repeatedly may just get read now. A response to remedy this is needed, for future reference. A BAD review can meet A LOT of curious consumers, wondering just how worn down, overused, and broken REFURBISHED actually means.
