Horrible initial and second experience with Smartwatch from Daily Sale.. the 1st I purchased in May for Mother’s Day worked well about 2 1/2 months then died. I believed I would receive a replacement via the warranty I bought at time of purchase. Instead I received a debit card minus, taxes all fees. This card had to be used with them and total purchase amount has to be equal to the card amount or less. Which forces you to purchase a less expensive item. Reluctantly I did. I would have preferred to have my money back if the original item was replaced with like item. The 2nd Smartwatch never worked when received. So I requested a return. In doing so I found out it’s not a new item, didn’t have to return it if I did an order now they would give me $15.00 extra credit. I’m waiting on the items I ordered.. unfortunately, during this most recent order I the protection agreement was included automatically, I was sure I removed it. Some how it wasn’t deleted. Since there’s no option to cancel order, I sent an email and a message via Chat to request that the cost be removed as well as an additional item be taken off my order and the cost be corrected/adjusted. This being Friday evening they were closed, response says messages were forwarded but, out/not available until Monday morning. On Monday afternoon I received an email re: my satisfaction with support. I didn’t see a reply in reference to my email and chat request until after I completed the 1st review.. My payment and order had been processed prior to the email dated 10/18/2021 at 12:47pm. So once again disappointment no action taken on Customer Service part = no correction.
I definitely do not recommend this item and no other electronic items from this company. Worst shopping experience I have ever had.
