4" Vehicle 1080P Car Dashboard DVR Camera Video Recorder G-Sensor Dash Cam

When I received my first camera I did not realize I needed a micro USB card when the card finally came and I installed it the camera smelled hot and when I grabbed it to remove the card it burnt me. It was literally a Sunday day 30 from delivery I sent the email requesting a new camera be sent. I went back and forth with them that it’s not my fault it was faulty and I didn’t want a refund I simply wanted a replacement camera. Finally I was sent a PDF of a mailing label I put only the front camera and charger in the box that was the thin box that was inside the outer box and the post office told me they are only covering 8 oz I had to pay additional money to send the camera/charger back and they sent me a new one. Thank goodness I have not had an accident but it does seem decent for the price.... then again I have not tried watching any recording yet either???

The 4" screen is nice, but using very difficult for me anyway. No real instructions, difficult to understand what to do, so I just plugged it in and hope it is recording?

First, I would like to say the overall expectation of the Dash Cam’s appearance, screen size, soft touch keys and operation thus far is fine to excellent. The downside is the written instructions. They are written in very small print and quite confusing for an individual that is not technically incline to resolve a few minor issues. One major issue was the battery charging. The instructions stated the battery would charge in approximately 180 min. Not true with my unit. It took an overnight charge via my CPUs USB, although they stated alternative charging per the instructions. I suggest USB from your computer. I have written my own instructions that work 100% better, and fine the unit a wonderful purchase at the price.
