Your 3-5 days shipping doesn't even count for China When I saw the very deceptive
3-5 shipping in your ad I assumed it was actual shipping time and the product was being shipped in the USA but I guess we all understand what "assume" spells don't we.
I want my money back-Right away.

Waterproof heated jacket

Love the jacket as far as the material and feel of it. It's not too light or too heavy. The size chart associated with the jacket was in metric and not inches. By others reviews I took that into consideration and ordered a size accordingly. I liked it so much that I ordered two more. I'm having issue currently but the two jackets have not arrived yet but customer service suggested I give it another week the other issue involve the cell or power source that you need to purchase separately to work with the jacket. Looking forward to receiving the other two jackets so I can give them to others as gifts. It would have been nice to have a power cell suggested for the jacket at a separate cost.
