This review is not about the IPAD but about the company DailySale. I mistakenly purchased this IPAD Gen 5 thinking it was an IPAD MINI 5. I realized the mistake immediately after buying and tried to cancel but DailySale doesn't have a way to do this automatically. I emailed customer service but didn't hear back until after the item was shipped. But they did contact me each time I emailed them. they explained 30 day return policy and sent me a return label. They communicated well and solved my issues. This was my first (almost) purchase with DailySale. I would definitely trust them to buy from them again!
