Could somebody tell me what unlocked means s? I have never understood but first seen it was used to describe cell phones. I took off a couple of stars. Perhaps I should be deducted 4 Stars for being a Dummy!

Ridiculous!!!

I ordered this Ipad on Oct 6, they didn't create a shipping label until the Oct 12th so basically anybody knows when this happens your product is pretty much on the way well not mines. it is Oct 19th which makes it a week since they created the shipping label and my product still hasn't shipped yet with no update. I don't know who else had to go through this but this doesn't make any sense at all. By the way tomorrow makes it 15 days since ordering the product.
