These were also not delivered. Not doing great you guys. After being without connection from you, I came back because of our
relationship in the past, but you have not been up to par. Are you under a different team?? I am a bit hesitant about future orders.
I have a few on their way, an I am hopeful they are not like that last several.

NO communication/delivery. Emailed and got no response!

Order placed 12-11, label printed 12-14, and that is it. NOTHING has happened since. I emailed with details and got no response except to complete this review. Cannot review anything without the items!
I can only review the poor communication, and it is at best POOR!!!!!

I have NOT received the earrings, so I cannot comment, nor recommend this product.
They were originally ordered on September 28, 2020. So, please advise if or when I can expect delivery.

I received plated rose gold not yellow and the picture depicts lever back which is not what I received and the clasps is broken rendering them useless.
