Apple Watch Series 6 GPS + Cellular 4G (Refurbished)

I do not recommend purchasing at all. When I received the watch, it was just laying in a box. There was nothing to protect the watch from getting thrown around or scratched. I was shocked that anything would ever be shipped this way. There were multiple scratches on the screen and the battery life was only at a maximum of 85%. The condition this was sent in was not refurbished. This was used and resold. When asking for a refund, I was going to lose $40 over something in terrible condition. I emailed 3 times asking for a full refund because the condition was not as said and I got 2 automated responses. I could either return it and lose $40 or get a giftcard to the store for the full amount plus $20. After I told them I was going to call my bank and dispute the charge, I was finally given a personal response. This was 5 days after though. I was finally offered a full refund. Terrible customer service. Every response was 1 day later except for the last response which was 5 days later. I will never purchase from this website again. I should’ve known better when I saw there wasn’t a phone number to call. Only an email.

The watch itself is wonderful! It came with a charger which I didn’t know about … but it was in good condition and works perfectly. The shipping on the other hand was a little tricky. It came in about 5 days which is pretty typical, but the communication was not good at all. It was very difficult to find package tracking and when I did it was not accurate. It’s a cool site and does it’s job but the information about shipping sucked.

Works as expected-like new condition
Shipping should be by UPS, not mail innovations. Paid extra for shipping insurance and should have had an upgrade for shipping because of that extra fee. Was lost for days in tracking.
