What if a product I purchase is defective?
A: First of all, know that it's not our fault. We're the middleman. We didn't make the product. Still, we will help you a lot more than some other similar online companies. If you don't like something for whatever reason, you may return it to us. That's part of what makes us different – and better (but by now you've already figured that out). As long as the item hasn't been well-used, washed or otherwise marred, we'll take it back if you send it to us along with the original sales slip. (In other words, don't try to pull a fast one on us because we weren't born yesterday). As long as the item is in its original condition and you include the sales slip, we'll give you a dailysale credit in the amount of the item less shipping and handling.
